When it comes to my beauty regime, there are three products that have pride of place in my bathroom, and they’ve truly earned their spot. These are Balm 6, Body 3, and Beauty 4 – all are by Anthea Turner (https://www.antheaturner.com) They are my go-to heroes. As the names suggest, Balm 6 does six things, Body 3 does three things and Beauty 4 does four things which means, between them, my body is pretty much sorted from top to toe.

Balm 6 is a brilliant multi-tasker. It’s a gentle cleanser, moisturiser for eyebrows and lashes, a nourishing lip balm, a cuticle softener and can be applied to the ends of dry/brittle hair. Meanwhile, Body 3 is all about keeping your skin soft and is a rich moisturiser for your body, hands and feet. Beauty 4 finishes everything off and is a face and neck moisturiser which I use morning and evening.

They are solid, reliable products that do what they say—and that’s what I’ve come to value most.  It is a simple but effective way to look after my skin without the high price tags.

I had the absolute priviledge of meeting Anthea as one of her Ambassadors back in the Spring of this year. What struck me most was her work ethos and her incredibly positive outlook on life, both of which I think we can all learn from.
