
About Me:
With over 20 years of experience as an Advanced Prescribing Nurse in
Primary Care, and a further six years as a university lecturer in nursing, I’ve dedicated much of my career to supporting patients and training fellow professionals. During my time in General Practice, I saw so many patients whose ill health was often linked to poor lifestyle choices, lack of reliable information, low motivation, or a belief that change simply wasn’t possible.
Over time, it became clear to me that I could offer far greater value by shifting focus from treatment to prevention. With that in mind, I founded Serenity, Health and Wellbeing to help people, particularly those women in midlife, to live well, reduce the number of times needed to see a health professional, and live a full and rewarding life. My approach is rooted in evidence-based lifestyle guidance, with a strong emphasis on nutrition and other daily choices that support long-term health and vitality.

My mission is to help support you in changing those negative feelings or uncertainty about your health into renewed hope, so you can enjoy a vibrant, healthy, and fulfilling life through your mid years and beyond.

I design a bespoke programme tailored to you. During our initial consultation, we explore what you wish to achieve, resulting in a personalised plan around your needs and goals.
