Body image and weight are such deeply ingrained issues for so many of us, especially in mid-life years and beyond. It’s taken me time to gently untangle my sense of self-worth from the number on the scale, but I now know my value is not measured in a dress size or on a BMI chart. It’s in how I live, how I love, and how I show up for myself and others every day. Having discovered this myself, my passion is to help you rediscover the confidence that may have been lost—whatever the reason. As a qualified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, with over twenty years’ experience working in the NHS as a Nurse, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to support you.

This is not another slimming or weight-loss programme. Instead, it’s about learning how to live well, care for yourself, and find renewed confidence and vitality. The lifestyle choices we make every day can either help or hinder our health. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you create the changes and environment that support your unique goals.
